Personalised Secure Server - £175 yearly

Having a (SSL certificate) Secure Server in conjunction with a bankers merchant account will allow your customers to pay for your online goods securely on your own site.
If you have plans to take your own online payments on your site then you will need a Secure Server with a SSL certificate. You will also need to have Merchant Account with your bank unless you already have the mechanism to manually accept credit and debit cards.
Now you can have your own personalised secure server at a fantastic price. If you search the web you will find that having an SSL can cost far more than the HostPost listed price.

Virus Scanning - £32.99 yearly

HostPost offers email virus scanning on your root server domain at a price that competes with regular self installed applications on your own computer such as McAfee and Norton.

Virus Scanning 10 Domains - £299.00 yearly

HostPost also offers email virus scanning in bulk. This option covers 10 domains and saves over £30 on individual purchases. Contact us for a price if you have any other number of domains to cover.

Email SMS Notification - £22.99 month

Never miss out on that sales enquiry again, send your site's email direct to your mobile phone!
This feature allows you to receive emails or notification of email arrival via SMS. For example, you can set an email address such as sms@[domain] and have all the emails sent to this address automatically texted to your mobile phone and forwarded on to another address as well.
You can also setup notifications so when email arrives at an address such as orders@[domain] a short text message is sent to you to tell you an email has arrived.
The service costs £22.99 per month and includes a block of 50 texts as standard.
If you require more than the 50 text messages you will need to purchase another block of 50 texts.
Please Note:

A month is defined as each 30 days from the date of set up
Unused text messages do not roll over to the following month

Domain Mapping - £5.00

Domain mappings allow you to map multiple domain names to a single web hosting package. For example www.your-site.co.uk is mapped to www.yoursite.com
Domain mappings include full email facilities.
Please remember that mapped domains always point at the main root directory of the website.

There is a one off set up fee of £5.00 for each required map.

Proofreading Service - £40.00

Have your website's pages professionally checked by our qualified proofreader for spelling and grammar mistakes.
HostPost has enlisted the services of a fully qualified in house proofreader who will inspect your sites content and provide a detailed email report of any errors found.
If your site has any membership or restricted access areas to be checked then you will have to provide a log in to enable our reader to access those areas.
The service costs £40.00 per each individual request. This includes an hour of our readers time with the expectation of reading around 6-10 pages depending on the amount of text on the page.
If you have already requested and paid for this service and the work involved goes beyond the allowed hours time, then you will be informed prior to work commencing and provided with a new quotation to complete the task. You will be offered a refund if this is not accepted.
Alternatively if your site is heavily text dependent and you suspect your site will require more than the hour then please contact us so we can provide a quote.

PLEASE NOTE: The proofreading service may take up to 21 days to complete once your order has been accepted, depending on the current workload of our proofreader.

We can register a .tv domain for you manually as it is not covered on our automated service.

The service is offered in three levels:
Starter - Web Plan 1
From Only £59.99: We will use the basic web builder package within your hosting plan to construct 5 templated pages of your choice using a design you select in the web building tool options. Or, if you buy the Web Builder Plus Add On, we will use this more advanced version to build a 5 page design.
Intermediate - Web Plan 2
From Only £99.99: We will use a CSS page design to construct 5 swish templated pages of your choice that you can choose from a gallery of templates.
Professional - Web Plan 3
For more complex or involved designs like ecommerce we will take your instructions for your web design requirements and pass them on to a selected recommended web designer to undertake the work. We do not undertake any design work ourselves.
